Hi Carol,

It was very beautiful and as far as that is concerned was exactly what I was looking for. The cake part itself was quite good and I liked the multiple layers. We ended up having 26 people, served the bottom layer and took the top home to feast on for a few days. However, to be perfectly honest with you, I found the molded frosting to have an unusaul texture and seemed very sweet. I know that the moded frosting is the trend right now because it creates a certain look(which I obviously liked) but I wonder if it sacrifices a more natural flavor  and texture. I hope I'm not being too honest. All in all, it was very nice.

 Carol, I want to THANK YOU very much for our wedding cake! The cake was beautiful! We loved everything about it! The flowers came out great! It was also a nice surprise to have your homemade smooth fondant, made it look perfect! The cake also tasted great! Everyone thought the cake looked beautiful, and tasted so moist! Of course my favorite part was the strawberry, but Rob's was definitely the French Vanilla. We want to thank you again, very much! We are happy you were able to make our wedding cake for us!!.
